I love being a home owner but hate when something breaks and I need to find a company I trust to fix it. I always find getting a personal recommendation is best.
Our air conditioner broke a couple of weeks ago and we went without air conditioning for about 9 days in one of the hottest parts of summer. Luckily our friends at Air Care Heating & Air Conditioning in Menifee, California saved the day and installed a brand new unit just hours before a huge heat wave hit Southern California where the temperatures reached over 105 degrees!
The company is family owned and have been in business since 2007. The owner, Gary Rogers, is the one who answered the phone when I originally called and it was him and his son who came to replace our air conditioning unit. He used to work for larger HVAC companies but left to start his own business so he could focus more on each costumer without making them feel like just another sale or try to make a bigger sale for the sake of commission. I really respect that part of his company’s philosophy, and why ultimately we chose to give him our business.
We actually had 3 separate opinions and Air Care Heating & Air Conditioning was our favorite because they were extremely professional, gave us a variety of options based on our budget and need, were reasonably priced without trying to upsell us on something we didn’t need, and they were able to fix everything within 24 hours after our initial consultation.
We will definitely be calling them when we need a new furnace and if and when we need anything fixed on any of our units in the future. If you are in Southern California, THIS IS TOUR GO-TO PLACE for everything HVAC so save this post for the future if you don’t need them right now.
