What are your family traditions during the month of Halloween? One of our favorite places to go is to LEGOLAND’s Annual Brick-Or-Treat Halloween Party Nights! We just went for the second time and we had so much fun! As a mom with little ones, I find it difficult to find festive activities that aren’t too scary and gory. I want my children to know that Halloween can be fun, silly, and playful, too.
Brick-or-Treat takes Party Nights takes place every Saturday night on September 28th, October 5th, October 12th, October 19th, and October 26th starting at 5:00pm.
You can enjoy the park after dark until 9:00pm and visit 17 different treat stations (two of those are in the aquarium), watch LIVE entertainment shows, meet n greet your favorite characters, and even go on haunted rides around the park like the Ghost Cruise! There are even stations where you can collect LEGO® pop badges!
This is a special ticketed event. And if you book your Early Bird ticket by Friday, October 18th, you can save up to 59%! For only $79 per person, you can get a 1-Day admission to LEGOLAND California + SEA LIFE Aquarium plus Brick-or-Treat Party Night OR for $64 per person, your ticket gives entry to Brick-or-Treat Party Night from 5pm – 9pm only. Another option is for $129 per person, you can:
- Stay overnight at a LEGOLAND Vacations hotel
- 2nd Day FREE admission to LEGOLAND California + SEA LIFE Aquarium + Water Park
- Access to one Brick-or-Treat Party Night
- FREE breakfast buffet
- Exclusive early access to LEGOLAND
There are so many Halloween inspired decorations around the park and multiple picture stations set up for a quick and festive photo!
They even have a giant pumpkin right near the entrance where you can take a professional family photo!
We also loved stopping for photos with all of the people dressed up on stilts.
They even had a fun interactive Brickzini that spoke to you and told you your fortune.
Once you get inside the park, you will need to visit a wristband station. Parts of the park are roped off and you will need to show your wristband to get to the next part of the park, so make sure to keep it on! You an bring your own candy bucket or they will provide you with a collectible paper bag.
One of our favorite things to see every year is the LIVE Midnight Monster Jam show! Shows are at 5:45pm, 6:45pm, and 8:00pm. We love singing and dancing to all of our favorite songs with some very fun and familiar characters! In between shows, they let you have a meet n greet with the LEGO characters and snap a photo!!
In addition to the shows, there is also special music performances around the park.
And most of the restaurants and gift shops have spooktacular treats for the whole family to enjoy! They also have candy apples, apple cider, pumpkin shakes, pumpkin crepes, pumpkin lattes, and more!
They also have a costume contest on the Miniland Stage presented by Disguise Costumes. Group costumes are at 6:00pm, Hereos and Villains are at 7:00pm, and LEGO theme costumes are at 8:00pm. There is even a costume parade and ultimate dance party at 8:45pm! There is an out of this world dance party at Club Astrobash from 5:00pm-9:00pm and theater entertainment with multiple shows throughout the night! And for the little ones, they even have coloring activities in DUPLO Playtown!
There are only a few weeks left to enjoy all the fun. So get out your costumes early and make sure your weekend plans include a trip to LEGOLAND California!!!
