You know my passion for Disney Princesses runs deep, so you can only imagine my enthusiasm to make new recipes inspired by 12 of my favorite heroines! Plus, since the initiative stems from healthy-eating habits and eating more fruits and vegetables, as well as teaching others to be kind and courageous, it’s an initiative worth celebrating all summer long!
